A Clothing Store in Canggu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Area Manager (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across all assigned stores
- Ensure all stores are clean, organised, fully functional, and operationally efficient
- Maintain consistent standards in service quality, store presentation, and team discipline
- Directly manage, guide, and support all Store Managers
- Train and develop Store Managers into strong, independent leaders
- Hold Store Managers accountable for KPIs, operational standards, and discipline
- Monitor and analyze sales performance across all stores
- Identify underperforming locations and implement improvement action plans
- Ensure accurate and disciplined use of MOKA POS across all stores
- Ensure timely and accurate stock takes across all stores
- Monitor stock movement, bestsellers, and slow-moving items
- Ensure all stores are well-maintained, clean, and aligned with brand standards
- Submit structured weekly reports to management
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as an Area Manager similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Strong experience in retail management
- Experience in international retail brands or retail chains is highly preferred
- Proven track record managing multiple stores or business units
