An architecture firm in Australia is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Draftperson (Full-time, remote)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and develop detailed architectural and construction documentation for hospitality and QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) projects
- Produce accurate architectural drawings, detailing, and technical documentation using Revit and AutoCAD
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure drawings align with design intent and project requirements
- Interpret Australian mark-ups, construction standards, and technical terminology accurately
- Create high-quality 3D visualizations and presentations using Lumion
- Maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality across all drafting documentation
- Ensure project documentation is completed within deadlines and complies with relevant codes and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate drawing revisions and provide technical drafting support throughout all project phases
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven experience working as draftperson or in a related position minimum 10 years
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Lumion
- Able to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience in hospitality, commercial, or QSR projects is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of Australian construction standards, mark-ups, and terminology
