A Real Estate Company in Pererenan, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Architect & Interior Designer (Full-time, Remote)
Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural concepts and layouts based on project briefs and client requirements
- Align designs with the company’s design philosophy and aesthetic direction (Maison Bali style)
- Translate mood boards, visual references and AI-generated imagery into functional architectural concepts
- Produce and update floor plans, sections, elevations and technical drawings
- Contribute to interior design development aligned with the overall architectural concept
- Ensure architectural layouts support interior functionality and spatial experience
- Demonstrate strong interior design sensibility and aesthetic awareness
- Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP engineers, lighting designers and other consultants
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as an Architect & Interior Designer similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Experience or understanding of tropical architectural design
- Basic knowledge or strong interest in Feng Shui
- Strong ability in architectural drafting and technical drawings
- Understanding of interior design principles
