Responsibilities:
- Design and develop architectural concepts for contemporary-style construction projects
- Create accurate technical drawings and detailed plans
- Produce high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations
- Use Revit software for design, modelling and documentation
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals
- Participate in site visits and provide design input throughout the construction process
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations and client requirements
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven working experience as an Architect or in a similar role within retail industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proficiency in Revit
- Strong skills in 3D rendering and technical drawing
- Proven experience working on contemporary-style construction projects
- Serious, motivated, adaptable and detail-oriented
